I have one toon that I use exclusively for trading companion gifts. Usually, this is actually a very profitable way to make credits. But now and then other players will lower the prices of almost everything on the GTN, forcing traders to trade in other items.  This may not seem like a big deal if you don’t spend a lot of time trading, in fact, this might sound very trivial. But it does put unwanted pressure on the GTN market for these items and in turn forces traders like me to either trade in other items (to make up the loss), or trade lower prices for the companion gifts. As a rule, I never sell blue companion gifts for less than 5K each or purples for less than 10K each. If the price ever drops below these two thresholds, I won’t sell them until their market worth increases. This is kinda frustrating. I know there are a lot of players that don’t give a shit about trading, and that’s cool, but trading to me is the lifeblood of the game. Without it, I probably would have left the game a long time ago. Sometimes I wonder if there are any other SWTOR traders out there that share this sentiment…
