New Year’s Resolution check-up – are you sticking to yours?

I wrote an update post about this topic in early January and while I don’t believe in making New Year’s resolutions, I do believe in setting achievable goals.

So I set myself two goals for this year; the first was to try and build the habit of writing every day. The second was to be more assertive and say “No” instead of allowing people to coerce me into doing things I don’t want to do.

On the first goal I think I’ve done well as I am on day 32 of a writing streak according to WordPress! I feel very good about this 😁

The second goal I am slowly putting into action but it’s a behavioral condition that’s probably going to take a while to change and I am okay with that.

What about you? Any NY resolutions or goals you are reaching or surpassing or even failing? If you’re failing, why do you think this is? I’d love to know what’s going on with my readers 😎

    1. Well that’s pretty cool. I think you have to do something for 21 days is it to form a habit? So you’re doing well 😁 What made you choose to become Vegetarian?

      1. Just decided it was time to at least try it, I gave up red meat a few months ago and it was easy enough so I just took the next step 😊

      2. I have a workmate who is vegetarian after being Vegan for a very long time. She just started eating chicken and so far, she is doing OK eating just chicken. I don’t think I could ever give up red meat. I love it too much 🙂
