Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening to my lovely readers π It is a Friday once again in Aotearoa (New Zealand) and that means another happiness post from yours truly π
I think I will integrate wellness and positivity into my Friday posts because they are all kind of interconnected and relatable to everyone. And I think it’s important to stop and think about the person you are and the person you want to be every now and then. Things move way too fast in this world and it can get hectic and stressful and taking a step back just to breathe (in my humble opinion), is just as important as being kind, thoughtful and considerate towards others.
And I like the way this quote seems applicable and realistic:

That’s a great quote, because it applies to both writing and life. It’s healthier to move on from bad chapters in your life rather than dwell. Have a great Friday! (My husband’s Covid test came back negative. Yay! Feeling relieved, but newly cautious. Stay safe!)
