WOWO oh, Wow! It has happened, my friends. They’ve finally confirmed the cast for the new Obi-Wan Kenobi series, and production begins very soon!!! According to the tweet from the official Star Wars Twitter:
This is beyond great news! Look at that cast – and did you notice two people in it have already been in the Star Wars cinematic universe that isn’t Hayden or Ewan – think you can guess?
Also, a little bit of an update from yesterday, I totally forgot to post my birthday surprise gift, and now it’s too late because we’ve already started using it, but this is what I was referring to:
My partner and I are putting this together, so I’ll take a photo and upload it to the blog when I’ve finished it! So exciting about the Star Wars Kenobi news and excited to see my birthday gift hanging on our wall!!

I saw this announcement this morning and was so excited, lol. I think the actors for Owen and Beru are coming back, which makes sense. I don’t really know any one else on the list. Was hoping for Liam Neeson for Qui Gon, but maybe just his voice? One can hope.
