Star Wars is Poetry – Star Wars Quote Harrison Ford

Finding all of these awesome quotes by the cast of A New Hope is a little like finding hidden easter eggs ☺️😊

STAR WARS QUOTES - HARRISON FORD 01
Made by Darkside Creative

I think it’s awesome how so many people thought A New Hope would fail – mostly the cast themselves at the time. There will be more quotes just like this one to brighten your day (or darken your night, lol), so watch this space, my Star Wars friends!

Catch you in the comments, hopefully, and stay safe out there!

  1. Hi Julie, I like the conversation between Mark Hamill and Harrison on set after they film a scene following the trash compactor escape. Mark questions the continuity of the shot/scene asking “Hey wait a second this is right after we get outta the trash compactor – shouldn’t my hair be all wet and matted with schmutz all through it?” to which Harrison replied, “Hey kid it ain’t that kind of movie…if people are looking at your hair we’re all in BIG trouble!”
Harrison even sounds like Han when he’s chatting normally!

    1. Lolol that’s awesome and I can totally see that as well. I read that Harrison Ford got the job as Han Solo because he was working on George Lucas’ house as a carpenter lol so I can totally see why George Lucas thought he’d make a good Han Solo πŸ˜€

      1. Hi Julie, and there is a funny YT video of Mark retelling the story with a wickedly good impression of Harrison. Harrison was on the Jimmy Fallon show at the time and Jimmy replayed the video clip of Mark. Here is the video and I will just point out that there is a real heartfelt comment by Harrison regarding the passing of Peter Mayhew.

p.s. Harrison was indeed a carpenter – probably why he chose the right cup in “The Last Crusade” πŸ˜‰
