Hi, fellow darksider! You can call me Xen because that’s been my online handle/username/nickname for donkeys (years!)

I don’t really like talking about myself, so I’ll talk about what my blog represents instead. Darksider Confessions is my contribution to several things I have pursued most of my life; writing, gaming, film, and Star Wars. In this space, I combine these things and hopefully, pass on something to those that are kind enough to visit my corner of the internet.

I have spent a few years writing professionally for various video game websites, comic book websites, technology magazines and for myself. I am a writer, gamer, film geek and lover of all things related to pop culture. I’m even mentioned in Wikipedia for my writing contributions (shameful plug).

If you’re here for the Star Wars Art, I love you and thank you for visiting! Firstly, unless otherwise stated, NONE of the art I feature here is my own. I like to enhance (animate) art created by others. I do make edits of my own (quite often) and they will be tagged as such but again, someone else took the photo and I’m just adding something to it. I always pay respect to the original artist and creator whenever possible – I DO NOT STEAL other people’s work or art or take credit for another person’s creation and I am pretty staunch about it. I do add my tag to edits that I’ve created because I spent time creating something different to the original. I don’t make money off anything I feature on my blog EVER. I do what I do for the love of creativity and art and of course, Star Wars (and people seem to like what I do).

If you’re here for the fanfic, my STAR WARS Fanfic is on hold indefinitely.

Website Disclaimer

Disney/Lucas Arts and its affiliates own the characters ‘Kylo Ren’ and ‘General Hux’. I do not claim ownership of any characters herein other than those I have created myself.

If you see an image that should not be on this blog, please contact me immediately, and I will remove it ASAP.

The fanfic featured is a work of fiction, but it is MY work of fiction. Please do not reproduce any of the material/text on this website without prior permission.
