As you know, I’ve been trying my hand at learning new things for Graphic Design. This has brought me to many websites and video clips and theory all about how to learn the skills needed to become a visual designer. One of the places I found was kind of right under my nose at Adobe.
I first came across Adobe Create magazine simply by accident and now I have discovered yet another great resource to use for upskilling. One of the best places on YouTube is Adobe’s channel where they have so many learning tips and tricks for beginners and seasoned veterans alike.
I decided I am going to try my hand at doing one edit a day (kind of like the One Poster a Day challenge except just edits) and these video clips are wonderful for learning quick and easy techniques for editing and not just in Photoshop but in all of Adobe’s products.
Here’s my first go at creating a composite from scratch using Adobe’s assets. At first it doesn’t really look like you could create anything from these two images, right? Wrong!

Image two
And my composite image combining these two images using the transform tool, warp and masks. This took me just over a couple of minutes to do:

whoa, that’s beautiful
