EPISODE FIVE

OMG, WOW, WHAT AN EPISODE!!!!! SO this week’s episode is directed by none other than Bryce Dallas-Howard herself! AND THIS IS THE WHOLE FANDOM RIGHT NOW:

And I dunno about you, but I felt something VERY different about this episode from the minute THIS HAPPENED:

FANS are really hyped about this one for so many reasons. I mean, it’s hard to even define because it was SO good! But I’m going to do my best to talk about the best parts of this episode without spoiling it TOO much (there will be spoilers as warned above, so stop reading now if you don’t want them!)

I am not gonna lie. I had to remind myself that this wasn’t The Mandalorian Season 3, lol! Because it certainly felt that way – I mean Pedro Pascal is AMAZING as Din Djarin, and I am not saying better than Boba Fett! They are very different parts of the Star Wars story, and I choose to say nothing more about that. But fans are speculating madly about where this season will go, and WE have to talk about the possibilities because OMG, super exciting!

The episode is called “RETURN OF THE MANDALORIAN”, so it’s a no-brainer what this episode is focused on. But wow, we got so much goodness from this episode – the tie-in with Boba Fett is going to be huge! Also so many references to historical events in the Mandalorian timeline; it was just such a special episode because of that. AND we get to see PAZ VIZSLA and the return of the DARK SABER!! I was going a little insane with that scene between Paz Vizsla AND Mando. I mean, who would have thought those two would end up DUELING EACH other for the sabre?? We are getting so spoiled with this show now, I swear!

NOW THAT’S WHAT I CALL PODRACING!!! Oh MY gosh, that whole scene taking us back to Tatooine and to Anakin’s podracing competition in a NABOO STARSHIP!! Seriously, guys, Star Wars doesn’t get much better than this right now. IT is honestly so great I could gush about it for hours. And then, seeing Din Djarin using the starship and going through the canyon – I almost lost my mind. I was so giddy with happiness lol 😁😆

And according to Ming-Na Wen, we ain’t seen nothing yet! I mean, she said we’d think very differently about TBOBF after it finishes. So I CANNOT WAIT to see what they bring us next. Over on Reddit, they make predictions about what will happen next. And they talk about rumours and speculation. And out of all of the stuff I’ve read this week, the best one is that Han will show up with a very young Ben Solo as a cameo. It’s either that OR obviously, Luke and Grogu will appear, and Grogu might even have his own Padawan outfit! Can you imagine how many toys will sell when that happens 😁😆 (and how many I’m going to buy lol).
