Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening to my lovely readers π It is a Friday once again in Aotearoa (New Zealand), and that means another happiness post from yours truly π
I hope all my readers are safe, feeling ready for the weekend and looking forward to doing whatever you want away from work. I have had a rather difficult week in terms of migraines and I have had to fight off the same migraine attack all week long π¦ Not to mention that three people called in sick today leaving only a handful of us to do the work for the day. That only added to my stress levels.
It is almost the end of my day and I am counting down the minutes π but to cheer myself up and anyone else needing some cheering up, and I came across this which instantly made me smile:

3 deep breaths, and meditation even a few seconds at a time.

This is a good skill to have, and one that takes practice. But I’m pretty good at it, I think! And as someone who deals with headaches all the time (and the occasional migraine), I hope you feel better soon.

Thank you so much π the migraine is coming and going which is really annoying me. I have taken so much medication this week π¦ I think a lot of it was stress-related because of the lock down we had to go into last week. But I do feel better than I did a week ago π Thank you π
