Star Wars Rumours: finally some legit information about Episode IX

Star Wars Episode IX rumours are rampant, and as I’ve blogged previously, the majority of them (read almost ALL of them) are bogus. I’m getting better at separating the BS from the facts but I’m still hesitant to blog about anything unless I know the source is at least legit.

Which is why I’m blogging about this little tidbit I found on Reddit – seems the most legit to date regarding Disney’s time slots for the Superbowl on February 3rd:

walt disney to air entertainment february 3rd 2019

These slots are confirmed according to Ad Age, and there’s an entire list of distributors and businesses who have confirmed time slots for ads during the Superbowl.

Of course, this doesn’t mean that any of those slots will be allocated to Star Wars Episode IX and we may just get coverage for other Disney movies releasing in the first quarter.

I’m still circling February 3rd regardless – they don’t even cover the Superbowl in my country, so I’m going to be hoping that other Star Wars fans will upload any content to YouTube if any Episode IX content makes the cut.
