It’s a simple question but a pertinent one, especially when looking back on your life and where you are today. I would say almost everyone has had to deal with rejection one way or another in their lives. The feelings that accompany being rejected can often go unchecked and left to fester and build up which isn’t healthy. Sometimes these feelings can last days, months or even years if nothing is done about them.
What do you do to combat these negative feelings?
Can you think of a time when you were rejected by a person, an employer or any situation where you had to face rejection?
