It is with a very heavy heart that I write this post. Okay, well, maybe not that heavy, but for me and many Star Wars fans around the globe, the news about the Skywalker saga is definitely a blow.

According to multiple reports online  actor Oscar Isaac has spilled the “beans” a little on where the Skywalker Saga is headed in the final episode and that, my fellow Star Wars fans, is to its inevitable end.

We all knew it was coming but somehow reading it online from multiple sources brings a sort of finality to it that I wasn’t quite ready to deal with.

I wrap my virtual arms around all my fellow fans today and I am sure there are some that might be taking the news really hard. When something that has been a part of your life since you were a kid is finally coming to an end, it’s difficult terrain to traverse, even for the strongest fans in the fandom.

I’ll try to open my heart up to what is to come but once episode IX is over, the fandom will never be the same, of that much I am certain.
